Colour Obstacle Rush Milton Keynes

Date/Time: Saturday 1st June, start times from 11:00-12:30

Location: Willen Lake, Milton Keynes

Description: A brilliant obstacle course race with 8 colour stations to get nice and multi-coloured as you tackle huge inflatable obstacles with a party atmosphere all around. Enjoy the powdered paint, the sponge ball ocean and plenty of other surprises during the course. With several music zones you’ll feel inspired to run, walk or dance the 5km route with friends, family or solo!

MK Half/Full Marathon

Date/Time: Bank Holiday Monday 6th May, start time 10:00

Location: StadiumMK, Bletchley

Description: Soak in the atmosphere throughout some of Milton Keynes’ top landmarks during this superbly supported half or full marathon race. Finish in the glorious StadiumMK as you pass rivers, lakes and beautiful countryside. Receive a medal and finishers T-shirt upon completion featuring the renowned concrete cows.

Thornborough 10-mile and 5-mile fun run

Date/Time: Monday 6th May, 10-mile starts 10:40 and 5-mile starts 11:00

Location: Village Green, Thornborough

Description: Suitable for runners and walkers alike, choose between the 10-mile race or give the 5-mile fun run a go. If you are an experienced runner then the 10-mile race would be ideal. Race entry only available on the day.

Buckingham Half Marathon

Date/Time: Sunday 9th June 09:30 start

Location: Buckingham Rugby Club

Description: Complete a challenging half marathon through the picturesque Buckingham countryside passing through Leckhampstead, Wicken and Akeley. There will be water stations located throughout the course. Prizes up for grabs!

Race for Life 5&10K

Date/Time: Sunday 9th June 11:00

Location: Willen Lake, Milton Keynes

Description: Complete either a single or double lap around the lake enjoying the scenery as you go. Bring friends and family along for support and soak in the amazing atmosphere.

Misbourne 5km or 10km Trail

Date/Time: Saturday 22nd June 10:00-13:00

Location: Misbourne School

Description: You have the choice between the 5km or 10km course, but both are packed with fun and beautiful countryside. Open to runners of all abilities with a dynamic atmosphere!

Hell-Fire Half & 10K

Date/Time: Sunday 14th July, time TBC

Location: West Wycombe Park, Bucks

Description: Formerly known as the Wycombe Half Marathon, don’t let the name change put you off. Choose between the 10km route or half marathon as you enjoy views of the Chiltern’s countryside. Prepare for a challenging but rewarding run!

Big Fun Run 5k

Date/Time: Sunday 1st September, 11:00

Location: Willen Lake, Milton Keynes

Description: Run for charity, fitness or for fun along the marshalled course. Get involved in the atmosphere and take part in the Big Fun Warm Up before the race begins. All ages welcome and under-5s run free!

Pace Centre’s 2019 Sportive

Date/Time: Sunday 28th April 08:00-14:00

Location: Wendover Memorial Hall, Wendover

Description: Choose between the 50km or 107km route cycling through parts of Bucks, Beds and Herts. Drinks and snacks will be provided and motivation will be plentiful throughout.

Big Rock Bike Ride

Date/Time: Sunday 26th May, 08:45

Location: Big Rock Bond, Bletchley

Description: Enjoy a nice cycle around the countryside in Milton Keynes followed by a buffet upon completion. A charity cycle that is not considered a race so no timing or medals but a great way to get active.  All are welcome to give either the 47km or 70km routes a crack!

Chiltern Samaritan Cycle

Date/Time: Saturday 29th June 08:00 start

Location: West Wycombe House, High Wycombe

Description: With the choice between a 25, 50 or 80-mile route enjoy some spectacular views as you pass Chiltern areas of natural beauty. For the latter two routes give the Whiteleaf Hill your best crack. Enjoy free food and drink after the race.

Marlow Classic River Swim

Date/Time: Sunday 26th May, 08:30 start. Pre-race briefing on Saturday 25th May 14:00-18:00

Location: Higginson Park, Marlow

Description: Decide between a 1.5km or 3km swim in the River Thames. Ideal for those looking to complete their first open water swim with clear buoys marking the course. Wetsuits may be required however as decision only made one hour prior to the event.

Pace Centre’s Big Walk

Date/Time: Saturday 27th April from 06:30

Location: Wendover Memorial Hall, Wendover           

Description: Match your ambition with either the 6-mile Wigginton to Wendover walk, the 12-mile Ivinghoe Beacon to Wendover walk or the 18-mile Dunstable Downs to Wendover walk. Register at the memorial hall then catch a shuttle to your start point. Enjoy motivation, snacks and drinks throughout the day and receive a T-shirt upon completion.

Pitsford Sprint Triathlon

Date/Time: Sunday 19th May from 06:30

Location: Brixworth Country Park, Northants

Description: Enjoy a lovely swim, an excellent bike course and a run where you can soak in the views of beautiful lake trails. Tackle the 750-metre swim, 20.6km bike and 5km run solo or split it up as part of a three-person team. Massages available afterwards to relieve aching limbs!

Marlow Classic Sprint/Olympic distance Triathlon

Stewartby Lake Triathlon
