We here to help people to improve their fitness – you don’t need to prove yourself ‘fit enough’ to walk through the door. Our training programs cater to all fitness levels. Sure we have some super fit members training with us, but they’ve all been through their own journey. We’ll personalise your sessions where needed so you always get just the right push.

In most cases we are able to personalise your training to work around and often even improve long-standing issues. We’re not rehab specialists, but we do work closely with other local businesses who are. We also strive to go the extra mile and liaise with any trusted physiotherapists/chiropractors etc that you already see. We work to ensure that all parties are on the same page; to get you fit, strong and stable.

We have a range of ongoing membership options to suit various needs and budgets. The 30 day trial is designed to help you understand the true value in what we do. Over the 30 days we’ll work with you to choose an appropriate membership. Should we not have won you over, you can simply say goodbye. No hard feelings.

Our 30-day trial is discounted to £109. We have a range of ongoing memberships between £179-£249 per month following that.

We work with all members on a monthly rolling commitment, with a one month’s notice clause.

We are open 06:00 – 21:00 on weekdays and 08:00 – 12:00 on Saturdays.

Yes, we have private off-street parking for more than a dozen cars. We also have a dedicated area for bicycles. 

We follow a 12-week training program followed by a testing week. This means that you will know exactly how you are improving across various strength and fitness scores each quarter.

We also use the InBody 270, which is the Rolls-Royce of body composition testing, giving us very accurate reports on weight, body fat percentage, bone density, water content, body fat %, BMI and more. We perform this with members as part of our monthly review.

We also use the MyZone system on a micro level to ensure effort level is where it needs to be, but on a macro level it supplies insightful activity reports on a weekly, monthly or quarter basis.

We have our own App that you use to book all classes. It has a 30-day rolling booking window. 

Our members are free to use the gym as much as they like in their own time. We do not sell self-access as a stand alone, a one-off or ongoing membership.

We run Team Training sessions several times per week. These are high intensity sessions – and lots of fun. There is no additional charge to use these.

You’re welcome to pop in and say hello while a session is running, but we don’t offer one-off trial sessions. We’ve deliberately designed the 30-day trial to show you your own potential and what might be possible if you keep investing in yourself.
